I'm a UK-based Social and Educational Technologist, currently working for Leicester City Council as ICT Strategy Lead (Children's Capital). I lead on ICT strategy and sustainable investment for the City's £380 million Building Schools for the Future program, designed to raise learner engagement, achievement and aspiration, and deliver inspiring and effective community centred learning environments.

I have an international reputation for the development and promotion of the effective and innovative use of technology for learning, teaching and community development. I am active in online community research and development, and have served on several national and international advisory boards.

I am an innovative and effective leader who can galvanise national and international networks, and clearly formulate, communicate and deliver on policy, vision and organisational change and development. I am committed to the principles and promotion of equality, cultural diversity and social justice.
